Payment & Refunds

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro are accepted through our online ticketing kiosk.

Please provide a card number, issue number, expiry date, security code, name and address of the card holder. Cheques: Please make cheques payable to Rye Int. Jazz Festival Limited and these cheques can be sent directly to the address detailed below.

The Festival cannot refund money or exchange tickets, except in the case of a cancelled performance. Booking fee applies for card payments to cover processing and ticket agency fees.

Discounts & Concessions

Offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with one another. The Rye International Jazz Festival reserves the right to offer last minute promotions and discounts.

Festival and Event Programme

All programme details are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change programmes and artists if circumstances dictate. In the event of cancellations tickets will be refunded.

Tickets cannot be accepted for refund or resale.

Tonbridge Castle Concert - Sunday 9th July

  • Please feel free to bring your own picnic and any refreshments for July 9th.
  • We ask you to ensure you put all rubbish in the bins provided and take everything away with you at the end of the night. Alcoholic drinks are permitted but anyone found to be abusing this will be asked to leave the Castle grounds without a refund.
  • Please bring proof of your ticket purchase on the day of the evet. This can be either as a hard copy printed e-ticket, shown via mobile devise or tablet and a physical printed ticket available from Tonbridge Castle.
  • Wheelchair access is provided at the venue, please do contact us for further information and assistance.
  • The event is an all-weather event so will not be cancelled due to adverse weather. No shelters are available so please bring a brolly or appropriate clothing if wet weather is forecast.
  • The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and may carry out bag searches to ensure everyone’s safety.
  • The Management reserves the right to make any change to the programme without prior notice
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Tables, gazebos, fires, barbecues, fireworks, lawn candles and naked flames are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated. The use of cameras and/or recording equipment is forbidden.
  • Please note that performances will take place in all weather. No seating or shelter is provided and refunds will not be given.
  • No animals are allowed in the venue apart from service dogs.

Disabled Patrons & Support Workers/Assistants

Our intention is to make everything we do accessible to all our audiences. We therefore offer a free ticket for support workers/assistants that travel with disabled patrons to ensure they are able to attend. We recommend early booking for seats requiring wheelchair access is advisable as they are limited in number.

Please be prepared to show relevant ID at the box office or upon admission to events.
