We are thrilled to have Laura Mvula with us for the 2023 Festival.

Laura will be performing a special and unique intimate concert with two pianos celebrating the 10th Anniversary of her debut album 'Sing To  The Moon' released on 1 March 2013.

The festival gratefully acknowledges Balfour Winery and Jake's Drinks as partners of this exceptional opening festival evening concert.

We gratefully acknowledge and thank Yamaha Pianos as our piano festival partners.

Laura is an artist whose music has inspired, moved and captivated listeners around the world. Her unique sound combines elements of jazz, soul and classical music to create a truly powerful experience.

To see Laura perform in the intimate surrounding of St Mary's Church is going to be an incredibly special experience. Watching Laura Mvula perform live is joyous.

With a voice that cuts through ice, she can sing whatever she wants to – and imperiously so – be it a bit of jazz, a bit of funk, soul or ballads that melt the heart.

But it’s the enthusiasm that she brings to the stage that makes her a marvellous live performer. She knows how to connect.
