Sunday 26th May 2019: 8:00 PM - gates open at 6:30 PM

On Sunday 26th May we proudly present “The Hottest Guitarist In The World” Miloš Karadaglić at the beautiful, unique and intimate setting of Hever Castle Theatre. Firmly positioned as a leading exponent of his instrument Miloš Karadaglić, continues to top record charts and delight audiences worldwide.

Miloš has created a special programme for this concert and will be performing with Ensemble7 (a seven piece string ensemble).

Classic BRIT Award-winner Miloš has become one of the most sought-after concert soloists in the world, with performances at London’s Royal Albert Hall under his belt. His first three releases on “The Yellow Label” achieved major chart successes around the globe and turned him into “classical music’s guitar hero” (BBC Music Magazine) overnight. His 2014 recording of Rodrigo’s concertos had the Sunday Times calling him “The King of Aranjuez”, while “Blackbird- the Beatles album” (2016) was received with unanimous critical acclaim. Just him onstage, Persian rug underfoot and tasteful close-up filming. Intimate & intense. A unique insight into the process, journey and musical passions of the world’s most charismatic classical guitarist.

In January 2016, his fourth album, “Blackbird – The Beatles Album” was released to much acclaim. Recorded in the infamous Abbey Road Studio 2, it features classic Beatles songs performed in innovative new arrangements by Sérgio Assad and includes collaborations with the jazz legend Gregory Porter, pop singer Tori Amos, cellist Steven Isserlis and a sitar superstar Anoushka Shankar.

You can expect a wonderful programme of Spanish classics, cool Latin, Bach chaconnes, Beatles arrangements and much more.
