The first Rye International Jazz Festival in 2012 has been created to benefit the inhabitants, community groups and businesses of Rye.
We have been planning the festival over the last ten months to ensure that we establish a long term and sustainable festival for the future. Our festival plans for 2012 are modest and manageable and offer a range of events that will bring diversity and inclusion to Rye.
In order to deliver all aspects of our festival plans, we have established a team of highly professional and experienced individuals to manage the overall planning, development and delivery of our programme. The core management team have had many years of experience in managing and organising live music events. The combination of these skills and experience will allow the festival to be managed to the highest quality and standard.
In addition to this, the festival has created a local team of volunteers, music enthusiast’s and advisors that form part of the festivals local steering and advisory team.
We would like to thank the entire team for their commitment, passion and for sharing the vision that we have created from the outset.
